Setting: Rome in ancient times but also people go back in time
ACT 1
Scene 1
Mom: Home teachers are coming!
Dad: No way! they just came yesterday.
Son: Do you need to have them come today?
Mom: Yes, they have a surprise.
Daughter: How come they are coming today?
Mom: yes, because they have a surprise.
Son: What in the world!?
dad: Holy cow! Is it that important?
Mom: I don't know. I have a feeling I need a cookie.
Dad: This sounds like time travel. I can't have much. I need to go to work.
ding dong
Mom: get the door son!
Son: NO! I am scared.
Dad: Son, follow your mom.
Son: Why? I am scared.
Dad: Follow anyway. Son, I love you.
Son: I do too but I have no problem not obeying because I am scared.
Daughter: I'll get it.
Mom: Thanks daughter! Welcome home teachers.
Home Teachers: How are you today?
Mom: Fine thanks! I need my daughter to come here.
Daughter: I am here already. I have no problem with time travel.
Home Teachers: Who said anything about time travel.
Son: My mom said something.
Home Teachers: What!? I though tit was a surprise.
Mom: I just said I needed cookies. My son was just scared because he needs more shoes to go. Mom important I think dad guessed it.
Dad: I have a dream to go to Ancient Rome.
Home Teachers: Well that is where we are going. Laura and George Bush are coming too.
Mom: Holy Cow! I can't believe it
Narrator: the next day they came.
Scene 2:
Mom: Hi Laura and George- How are you? I am well
Laura: I am fine thank you. I hope we make it safely.
George: I need a drink. I am so thirsty.
Mom: Ok Son get him a drink.
Son: Ok, hope I can have one too.
Mom: Yes you can
Daughter: I love you Laura and George
Laura: thanks, most people hate us.
Daughter: Well, you have friends here.
George: Have you all got ready?
Daughter: yes, have you?
Mom: Yes I need a book
Dad: I am not going
Daughter: Please come. I love you
Dad: i have to work
Mom: I know, but it is a hard job to go alone.
Dad: okay I will
Son: Who is not scared?
Daughter: I might have some fear.
Son: Well, that is normal. I need more help.
Home Teachers: ready? let's go! Bring the drinks and cookies.
Mom: Okay, I would love to. Come on all. I think we need a time machine.
Home teachers: we have one- it is here.
Mom: Ok Let's go all come in.
Narrator: So they traveled to Rome.
